Nara at this salon does not honor appointments. I made mine over 3 weeks ago and the night before she texted me and asked me to change the time. I h...ad to rearrange my entire day's schedule - sitter, work, etc., but I agreed on the 10 am time which she had offered. Then, the next day (day of appointment) she texted me and asked me to change time again. It was too late for me and I made it clear that I was not happy. Too bad, I had been thinking of trying other services at this salon but based on this unprofessional experience, I will not set foot inside their doors. Show more

A friend of mine recommended Avalon salon skin care by Nara . I had an amazing experience at the salon . She’s friendly at the same time professional.... Her facials involving steaming chest, facial,hand massages, Gua Sha , pore cleaning, Vitamin C treatment , and the masks were super good. After the facial my headache was gone . She definitely knows the points, and my stress went away . I even asleep. I love the atmosphere there - it’s cozy and clean . The best esthetician so far and I highly recommend her.
