I’m sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your experience. At Tonic Wish, hair health has always been a priority, and this is not something we commonly see with this style. After speaking with you by phone, we discussed that this was your first time wearing stitch braids and also that you had recently chemically relaxed your hair. Based on our conversation and what I observed, I recommended that stitch braids may not be the best style for your hair moving forward. We also discussed that the area shown is not consistent with edge loss and that hair can sometimes be affected during the takedown process or by other individual factors. While I understand your concern, I respectfully disagree with the conclusion that the service itself caused the issue. I appreciated having the opportunity to discuss everything with you directly and wish you the very best on your healthy hair journey.
