Overall my experience was a 10 out of 10! Janice was simply amazing. I’m the kind of person that does not enjoy doing my own hair, which means I don’t... know how to take care of it. Janice took her time to explain everything she was doing step by step, and was extremely detailed and took her time. The atmosphere was very personal, which is something I appreciated being that I need the dedication to my hair. I am so elated to have found a stylist that cares about the HEALTH of the hair rather than just making it look nice. I’ve been in Charlotte since 2021 and having a pixie cut usually means curls, swirls, and finger waves. It’s so refreshing to find a stylist who perfects their cuts, so their pixies can be more edgy. For real y’all she gave me a true experience! It was everything I could’ve asked for in making this decision. She even honored the journey with my locs by removing them one by one never allowing my hair to hit the floor. She then wrapped them up in a nice durable fabric and closed them up with ribbon! I had been growing my locs for five years and decided I was rea...dy for a transformation, and boy, did she deliver. I came to her for a complete transformation (pixie cut, virgin relaxer, and color). Cutting my locs was hard for me, but she handled it carefully by cutting each strand and wrapping them in a beautiful cloth. I was delighted with the final result.
