Jason was outstanding. He confirmed the appointment and followed up prior with an email to check on any changes. He was prompt, courteous and profes...sional. I will use Smoothe Ride LLC time and time again and highly recommend him to everyone. Truly dependable and extremely pleasant. I ordered the ride for my 91 year old father-in-law who is very unsteady on his feet. Jason took care of him as if he were his own father. He was gentle and caring and held on to him so he wouldn't fall. My father-in-law was so comfortable with Jason and couldn't be more appreciative of the way he was treated.
