Terrible, Terrible, Terrible, I scheduled my appointment with her and she canceled a few hours before the appointment. She still went ahead and charg...ed me $78 for 'canceling' the appointment. I had a family emergency. As all humans may have. I notified this client two days (48hours) prior to set appointment. I offered rescheduling options. Which were denied!! Booksy automatically charged a cancellation fee which I canceled and funds returned the same day. This client was offered accommodations and continued to refuse further services due to not understanding life’s obstacles. She did indeed Received ALL of her funds soon as I was aware of the charge. Please note this client has never been serviced by me to know my quality. Thank you be blessed!!
