I booked a 6:45pm appointment and she never showed. She texted me telling me she was going to be out of work at 5:30 and was going to be late which I ...was okay with until it was 9:30 and she still wasn’t available. The communication was bad I kept trying to get an eta but nothing. I paid deposit and tip already too! I always worried about having a bad experience with new stylists like what I’ve seen on social media but I gave the benefit of the doubt. Scamming people is wrong. Show more

There was clear communication as soon as you booked. I messaged you letting you know that the time that you booked me for was not up to date. There is no way you can tip until I checkout at the end of your appointment. I never received a deposit from you and it isn'tled settled in my account until the end of an appointment.

everything was all good up until two days before the appointment, she asked to reschedule because of important matter and i was fine with that. then o...n the day of the appointment she had not reached out to me at all and i had to constantly text her asking if she was gonna be able to make it to the appointment and still no response. and when i finally did get a response it was way after the appointment was supposed to start! i understand she had important matters to attend to on that day but as a client, better communication would’ve really helped me and her out! i really needed my hair done because i had a flight the next morning for a trip and i ended up not having my hair done at all which was really disappointing. she was very nice but i just wish she had better communication which i deserved as a client. My hair is perfect!!! Xaria communicated with me from the day I book to the time she arrived at my home. She came a few minutes earlier than my appoin...tment time and got straight to work. It usually take hairstylist five hours to do medium knotless, but it only took her 3 1/2 to 4 hours. That is with me getting up stretching, getting a towel and using the bathroom. She will be definitely seeing me the end of this month or beginning of next month. I also enjoyed laughing and singing songs. Do not hesitate to book with her, she is the best!!! Show more
