First off if I could leave 0 stars If I could. I want say from what she showed me at first she was cool and maybe not as professional as I thought sin...ce she kept bringing up her personal issues, but we all human and go through things and need someone to vent to. Understood! So basically I was her first client for a micro loc install. During consultation she didn’t advise me of size, timing, or possible pricing for a return for the number and size locs she installed. This is my first time journey so I’m not really knowing what I’m getting myself in to but I thought that was the whole point of the consultation. Fast forward Before the installation I told her I had an event to attend and hopefully the install would be done by the time the event comes she say yes I will be good. When the time came I was not, my head was half way done and I was at the shop from 9am-9pm three days straight so I couldn’t even get my son ready for the event. She offered to help by doing his hair while I run errands so everything could run smooth due to the inconvenience, cool. We get the install done everything was beautiful she did an amazing job and I expressed my gratitude for the new journey and we was cool ever since. I offered to do her a facial and everything. I booked my retiree within 6 weeks time frame. She want 175 for up to 4 hours and $50 every hour afterwards. My head ended up taking 8 hours on top of me having to come back the next day to help ACCOMMODATE her client she had to take care of so I came back to help her out. After seeing how long it take to do the retiree being a responsible parent and tell myself this might be too expensive I have to prioritize what’s important so I tell her I dont know if going to be able to afford coming every 6 weeks to pay her $400 for hair. She come up with a proposal that if I bring my son or hubby in and since I’m her first client for these and we both didn’t know or have much to go off of to price the retire, she’ll do my retire for 175 flat no matter the time as long as I bring in my son or hubby in which she was going charge me $150 for them. I said cool I got you. Not even a month pass by and she’s texting me asking me why I haven’t bring them in. My husband work 6 days a week so it’s hard for him to make time but I told her that I was going to bring him in when he was ready I have no control of that. I referred people gave out her info and some more to future clients who was interested. If they booked they booked if not, again I have no control over other people. I text her today to see if she can wash my hair because something came up this weekend. One of my long time neighbors is passing and wanted to be there to support-so I was getting my self in order. I didn’t go on the site cause I thought we was cool and I can just hit her up directly because she hit me up all the time. she even send me reels videos all that on ig so I’m thinking we cool. This is a screenshot of what happened afterwards and I’ll leave it at that. Just unprofessional and un caused for. It really wasn’t that serious to loose a cloned over. Edited response 2/13/25 You should post the nasty text messages and comments you're putting under my pictures. The police have been notified of your harassment after they were called yesterday when you came to the shop for no reason. Booksy should let us post pictures as providers, so these vile overgrown babies who can not be told no cannot harass us from behind a keyboard. As a possible future aesthetician, I feel sorry for any customer you come across. I've asked you several times to leave me alone and move on, and you continue to harass me. Please leave me alone. While I do not agree with your version of how said events took place, I do respect the fact that we as individuals will often times see things differently based on our past experiences. I appreciate the opportunity to service you as my first microloc client. Your hair was the perfect canvas with such a beautiful outcome. I appreciate all feedback and will strive to make corrections and improve my techniques and skills to be able to provide every client with the excellent service they deserve. Thank you again for trusting me with your journey. However, I do apologize that we are unfortunately not the best fit, and that's okay.
