Painful!! Too tight and even after I stated that I was in pain she continued to make the following additions tighter. Long story short I took the hair... out that night. The price went up 20$ after the service was over. Mind you we were at someone elseā€™s home not even her own. She is nice to an extent but the way business is conducted and the environment were not ideal for a hair appointment when your asking for 165 dollars!! There is advertising for the holidays is not the actual price. Canā€™t speak for anyone else but for me never again! Show more

Hey Courtney, Iā€™m sorry that your experience was not what you had wished for or expected. I strive to ensure that all my clients are comfortable and satisfied with their services. I do not recall you telling me that you were in pain during your service. The holiday special does state that soft locs any length are $145. Thereā€™s a 15 minute grace period and after that thereā€™s a $20 late fee charge. I ensured that you were aware of it via text when you let me know that youā€™d be late.
