Ma’am you’re lying. You booked MEDIUM Soft Locs / Butterfly Locs and you brung soft locs to your appointment.. but somehow wanted them to be butterfly locs.. You said you loved your hair when you left but decided to text me about the thickness of the locs and a few that began to unravel multiple days after being serviced.. I told you I could fix the unraveled locs but couldn't control the thickness because you booked MEDIUM locs after being told your hair was too think for that size. Prices for fixing the unraveled locs were never discussed.. it was offered to be fixed for free but that wasn’t good enough because you wanted me to redo your whole soft loc service with butterfly locs but only provided soft locs for me to use.

Hair was included, I decided to go... with two bundles of human hair which was extra but worth it. The parts are neat & clean & the style came out better than expected.
