I booked an appointment for 1pm. Went to get my hair done but when I got there it was one woman doing someone’s hair. The woman told me to call the ow...ner of the store that the owner will be doing my hair. I called the owner and the owner answered and said “oh I didn’t know you have an appointment. Let me call someone to see if they can do your hair and call you right back.” After about 25 minutes of last spoken with her, I still didn’t hear anything from the store owner. I called back the store owner after half an hour of me waiting for her to call me back. The store owner didn’t pick up. I called 3 more times and she did not answer my call. Instead of calling or even texting to let me know that no one is available to do my hair, she decided not to answer her phone. I ended up leaving after being there for almost 40 minutes with the no call back.very unprofessional place. I canceled my plans to get my hair done but instead got ghosted by the owner of the salon. They have absolutely no heat in there salon, when I booked online it says I paid for wash dry and the services I paid for and they do not even have a ...sink to wash hair in. The appointment time said two 1/2 hours.. we were in there for 8 hours. The prices are wayyy over priced for the poor quality of service. The electricity went out while we were in there because they had too many things plugged in at once. The two young ladies in there were doing a great job working hard but the owner has a very poorly run business. Other places only charge 100 and you’re in and out within two hours. Show more
