I have made two appointments. The first appointment was cancelled 5 minutes before I walked through the door. I rebooked, and then when I arrived I wa...s told the person I made the appointment with wouldn’t be there for another 20 minutes. 15 minutes had already passed. I really like this place, this is where I got my first and second tattoo and first a piercing. I was really disappointed. I encourage the establishment to open at noon but not start booking appointments until 12:30, giving employees enough time to get to work and get settled. Show more
