I originally went because im bery specific about my hair and how I want it, the one who cut my hair was a kid who you can see he has very little exper...ience, that's not the problem and also the haircut wasnt the problem because it was a good haircut, the big disconnect was when I showed one of the guys what I wanted and he told the kid how to cut my hair without him even seeing what I wanted, there was problems with communication because of the English, i am also a person who speaks 3 languages but I think you need to know at least technical definitions like what a line up was, the guy didn't know what a line up was until I showed him because he was about to do it and I dont like a line up, I ended up getting a low fade when I really wanted a high fade but that was never communicated and I didnt say anything because I understood he would not understand me, I left with my hair like that and later I'll go somewhere to get it fixed, is not the kids fault as he followed instructions the haircut was good just not what I wanted and the person in charge wasnt really in charge.
