I don’t think I need to give anything I have been coming years and now they give me a bad pedicure no chip and one nail comes off after the pedicure t...hey fix it the other nail comes off!

When you returned to the salon just a few minutes after your appointment and let us know that one nail had come off, we immediately fixed it for you. When another nail had the same issue, we took care of that one as well. Occasionally, no-chip polish can lift for different reasons, even shortly after a service, which is why we always stand behind our work and are happy to correct any issue when it happens. We truly wish you had reached out to us again if you continued having problems, as we would have been more than happy to help. We appreciate that you’ve been coming to us for years, and we’re disappointed that this experience resulted in a one-star review despite our efforts to resolve the issue right away.
