I arrived on time, checked in, was sat in a chair with water filling for my pedicure. As my feet were in the water the manager informed me that it wou...ld be at least 15 minutes past my appointment time that they could start. Since I had a dr appointment after, I couldn’t chance a longer delay and missing that appointment. I literally had to ask for a towel to dry off. The manager was pretty dismissive about the situation and I still can’t believe I had to ask for a towel. As a client since day 1 I have to say this experience was beyond disappointing. Show more

i love this salon and jaclyn and ann and trang have all done an amazing job on my nails so this is nothing against the salon itself!! however this spe...cific girl did the worst job on my nails i’ve ever had. did not cut them down or ask what shape i wanted, did everything in a weird order (never had dip done like that in my life), made weird comments, made my cuticles hurt and i was trying to be positive but in under two weeks FOUR of my nails fell off.. that has never happened with another nail tech and she actually made it one of the worst nail experiences for the money i’ve ever had. nothing against the studio though still my favorite place to get nails done just not sure this specific girl should be doing nails at all. my sister also wernt to her and had the identical experience to me so thought you guys may want to know because i love you guys so much but this experience was actually awful. i would have come in to get them fixed but with my work schedule i don’t have time so it’s been upsetting to have completely ripped and i messed up nails less than two weeks after. i truly hate to leave a bad review but i just need to make sure she never does my nails again these photos are after two weeks. normally when anyone else does them they last 3-4 Show more
