This experience from beginning to end was extraordinary. I was coming to Chicago for my best friend of over 30 years funeral. So I was a mess emotiona...lly and mentally. Shandella was so warm and kind. She intuitively knew what needed in that moment. We were essentially strangers, but by the time I left, she felt like a cousin who was honest with what my hair needed.
