REPLY: It’s you who isn’t comprehending; you’re being defensive instead of just owning up to the fact that you made the braids medium but charged me a...s if they were small or smedium. very scammy of you. I have had this EXACT style before and the braids were SMALL. Please be for real with yourself. Regarding the rinse, I have had a red rinse before and it did take to my hair. You even said yourself that the problem was the brand you bought and that you would try it again. You keep making excuses instead of just accepting that you made mistakes. Very unprofessional. The silk presses I received were decent (although at one point I paid for a tint and despite the tint not showing up at all, I was still charged for it). However, the braiding experience was super disappointing. I paid $400 for small braids in the front (a design) and smedium braids in the back (knotless boho, mid back). My entire head is medium. She claimed it was because my head is big. LOL. Not sure what that has to do with anything because it seems that logically, because my head is big, the braids would actually be smaller, not bigger. The style I showed her is one I’ve had before from a different braider and the braids were small so it can be done, she just wasn’t able to do it correctly. I only didn’t go to my original braider because she was booked up and I had a trip. The medium braids I received are still cute but $400 for medium braids is outrageous. I also let her know about my disappointment and she did nothing about it. Will not be going back for silk presses nor braids. Show more

The fact that you arent comprehending well is an issue for me. U got that same amount of braids every small/smedium client gets. Same amount of rows & braids. I really wish i could tag a pic to this to show how big your head is compared to the content/pics yal be wanting yal hair to look like. An 8hr job. I follow the same foundation for everybody. & your hair didnt come out the color u wanted because u have jet black hair which u kept trying tell me oh i had my hair rinsed this color before & it took. A colored rinse will never take on black hair. Medium brown & lighter hun.
