I'm very disappointed, the cut was rushed and Shaun left me with a bowl around my head. Beared was unevenly lined no polished look at all. The haircut... and beared was worth a bad review. the pictures on the site have to be old and he has lost his touch one guard barber. First impressions, I will never go back and will refer elsewhere. I was referred to Shaun and he did not take care of the costumer let alone do his own costumer right for the referral. $40 dollars for 20-minute haircut and beard line is impossible to give a client a good cut. I feel cheated and had to go home and fix my own hair!!! I was a barber for 20 yrs with my own shop and 800 clients. I never would have thought barbering would come to this. Its embarrassing... Never was your service rushed by me. Never was a bowl left around your head. Never are my pictures dated. Never have I lost my touch. Never did you have any complaints during your service as I showed you the mirror several times and even after the haircut and shave was complete you paid, tipped and said you’d return in 2 weeks. As a man I assumed the exchange went well based on your response in person. I’m all for teachable moments and this is certainly one of those moments that I regretfully will appreciate from you as a one who says he's barbered for 20 yrs and has 800 clients. With all that's been said I honestly had no idea of your dissatisfaction and for that my apologies. Wish you the best
