Customer Service sucks. She accepted rescheduled appointment. Then the day of asked can I come 2 hours later, then Tenneh didn’t show up and lied sayi...ng she had a doctors appointment so someone else did my hair and I had no awareness of this. Tenneh has no common courtesy as a business owner and I will never use services again. I left review on google and she claimed I was lying. Why accept rescheduled appointment and then act like you are doing me a favor. I am the customer paying for service and my time is also valuable. She doesn’t grasp this concept Show more

This lady Camille Victoria is Trouble and she does this to every businesses around town.This is all false information. She trying her hardest to miss with our business name. She trouble and did not pay for all the services she received. She paid 120 and received 200 3hours service, please pay us our money for the full service you received. She was very rude, it’s so sad to see your own people like this for no reason. Hope you can live with your self by trying to bring people down that did your braids for almost free. We have all the pictures and videos of your appointment.
