I was pleasantly surprised by the service i received! I purchased a Groupon for a Regi Deluxe Pedicure, and had never been to the shop before. I had w...ritten the time wrong from the time the actual appt was scheduled. So, I ended having to wait for 30 mins in this not-so-desirable neighborhood (i stepped next door to get food while I was waiting). But once Regi arrive it was all business! The pedicure was great, and yes, deluxe! But do be aware, it DOES NOT include gel/no chip polish. Nonetheless, it was still worth the actual price, no just the Groupon rate(and the wait in the sketchy neighborhood) 😉. Show more

Well what do I say!! Reginald was amazing, he was prompt! Had great customer service. I have been looking for a new nail tech for years now!! Feet fee...l and looks beautiful and so do my hands!! I honestly sch my appointment wrong as I was a first time client!! But I shared this information with him and let me tell you’ first off I was gonna be ok with him providing the service I booked!! However he gave me everything I wanted and I know not to expect this consistently!! But I was grateful for his gracefulness. Gigi you have gained a new client and I promise to sch correctly next time cause baby he is about his time so please take the time and look as he try’s to provide the same service to each one of his clients and we can’t be mad at that!!
