WHAT is it exactly? • Dermaplaning is more aggressive than shaving. • Used with a Sterile Surgical disposable blade. • Dermaplaning blades are singular not 2-3 blades. • Dermaplaning is exfoliation of the skin which removes dead skin cells and improves fine lines, wrinkles and overall the skins' texture, tone and appearance to feel and look smoother. • Dermaplaning is NOT to be used to remove or rid of Terminal hair such as beard hair. • Dermaplaning should also NOT be received any sooner than 21 - days apart per treatment. • Repeated treatment may be done every 4-5 weeks. Which allows the skin to complete it’s normal rejuvenation cycle before the treatment is repeated. • YES, you may return to wearing makeup but refrain from saunas or sweating excessively for at least 24 hours post treatment. Candidates for Dermaplaning: For almost any skin types even those with very sensitive skin or rosacea. Individuals with acne-prone skin should NOT be treated. Anyone that has very dark and thick facial hair is NOT a good Candidate as well. Anyone on blood-thinners, taking Accutane, or who have shingles, hemophilia, or any allergy to nickel may NOT be serviced for this type of treatment. Types of Dermaplaning - Dry or Oil Planing Dry - prepping the skin, dehydrate (deeper exfoliation), degrease, get the skin completely dry of any oils left on the skin prior to service of blade use. Oil Planning - Extremely Sensitive Skin, delicate, very mature, does not remove alot of skin dead cells but more of the product itself. >>Next treatment im 4weeks likely DRY Dermaplaning. Serum Use: Hyloronic Acid in it, grapeseed oil, antioxidants, natural ingredients. Oils: Do not penetrate and repair easily of the skin.
