    CONFIRMATION: To book an appointment you must first download the app. Once the app is downloaded, you will need to "OPEN" it and set up an account. After you book an appointment, you must wait on me to confirm it. If you don't get a confirmation either it didn't go through and you may need to try again or I didn't confirm it. ***YOU DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT UNTIL IT'S CONFIRMED*** OFF DAY APPOINTMENTS: If you want an appointment outside of my regular working days, there will be a $30 inconvenience fee attached to your service. LATE FEE: I make every effort to operate on schedule and in a timely manner. At the time of your appointment, if you are 10 minutes late you will be charged a $10 late fee. If you are 30 minutes late, you will need to reschedule your appointment and will be charged for the appointment. NO CALL/NO SHOW: If you're a NO CALL/NO SHOW you will be charged for the booked appointment. After 2 NO CALL/NO SHOW, you will be BLOCKED and no longer be allowed to book future appointments. If I decide to unblock you, there will be a UNBLOCK FEE of $40. Your card on file needs to be chargeable for the BLOCK FEE. If it isn't, you will be BLOCKED PERMANENTLY. APPOINTMENT TIME: If I finish up an appointment more than 30 minutes early, I may move your appointment time up (you do not have to accept it) to allow more space in my schedule. ****PLEASE DO NOT BRING EXTRA PEOPLE OR CHILDREN WITH YOU UNLESS THEY ARE HAVING A SERVICE RENDERED**** REFUNDS: There aren't any.
