NO CALL/NO SHOW: If you're a NO CALL/NO SHOW you will be charged for the booked appointment. After 2 NO CALL/NO SHOW, you will be BLOCKED and no longer be allowed to book future appointments. If I decide to unblock you, there will be a UNBLOCK FEE of $40. Your card on file needs to be chargeable for the BLOCK FEE. If it isn't, you will be BLOCKED PERMANENTLY. APPOINTMENT TIME: If I finish up an appointment more than 30 minutes early, I may move your appointment time up (you do not have to accept it) to allow more space in my schedule. ****PLEASE DO NOT BRING EXTRA PEOPLE OR CHILDREN WITH YOU UNLESS THEY ARE HAVING A SERVICE RENDERED**** REFUNDS: There aren't any. If you are unsatisfied with your hair or something needs to be corrected, please let me know before you leave my chair. I am not responsible for the maintenance of your hair/style once you leave the salon. It is up to you to know how to take care of your hair. I am NOT responsible for anything that happens to your hair once you leave.
