This amount is not refundable. - If your prepayment fails you will be contacted to pay your prepayment via invoice. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being canceled. ✨Cancellation / Cancellation Fee: - A credit card will be taken at the time of booking. This card will only be charged if an appointment is missed. - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify the business at least 2 days days before. Cancellations outside of the notice period and missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee. ✨Rescheduling ⁃ Please reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in you forfeiting your prepayment & you will be required to pay another prepayment, for any future bookings. You are only allowed ONE reschedule using the same deposit.
