• Cosmetic Tattoo Service - This is a combination of microblading & shading done throughout the brow to achieve a fuller powdered look. - Great for all skin types, but recommended for mature skin, oily skin, or minimal to no brow hair. - Best option for people with previous work. ( please note, previous work not done by me will be considered a new client, & and will be full price. ) • POLICY - DEPOSITS: A $100 deposit required to book this appointment. Deposits must be paid via Venmo to Tiffany-Ramos-68 before appointment will be confirmed. (Deposits go towards the cost of service.) ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE! - RESCHEDULING: Although I understand life happens, rescheduling must be done at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid any additional fees. Anything less then 72 hours will result in the forfeit of your deposit & an additional $50 added to your service cost. Same day rescheduling/cancellation will result in the forfeit of your deposit & an additional $100 added to your service cost. At this point a new deposit will be required to re-book. - LATE POLICY: A 15 minute grace period is allowed to every client, however anything later then 15 minutes will be labeled as a same day cancellation, and the same fees as above will apply. - PREVIOUS WORK: Not all previous work can be covered up. Please send photos to Tiffany via text to 702-336-4561 of your brows to be approved before booking. - COMPANY: No extra guests allowed unless approved by Tiffany first. No one under 18 years of age is permitted in the salon unless approved by Tiffany first. Do to sanitation reasons. • DO NOT BOOK - If you are under the age of 18 years. - Are pregnant or breastfeeding. - If you have or are prone to Keloid Scarring. - If you are on Accutane, or have used Accutane in the past year. - If you are on any blood thinning medications or antibiotics. - If you are currently undergoing any cancer treatments. You must be off Chemo/Radiation for at least 6 months prior. (Drs note required) - If you are Diabetic or have any other bleeding disorders. (Drs note required) - If you have any skin conditions such as Rosacea, Psoriasis, Eczema, Seborrheic Dermatitis, or excessive sweating, it may affect the results of your brows. • DISCLAIMER: please understand every skin type is very different from each other.
