Group Sessions is a great way to touch up on your skills all year around while competing with and against othe...rs. Athletes get to develop skills and knowledge that can be applied to any game setting and any skill level. Athletes gain competitive edge, increase play making, and improve decision making. We have a focus target for every session. Recommended for all skill levels and all ages but especially ages (3-13). For individuals that like working collectively, have a need for extra motivation and energy and is a great way to make friends.

Each session is tailored to the athlete’s specific needs and goals, identified both by the athlete and the coa...ch. Shooting mechanics, defensive principles, footwork, ball handling, decision making & how to mentally process the game are among the things focused on in these sessions. Athletes should be committed, extremely focused, and individuals who 1ove Working Independently. More learning opportunity, more accountability, and pushing more past the limits.
