Any cancellations made after the 24 hour period will be charged 65% of the service fee and you will have to pay the $30 rescheduling fee before booking another appointment. Any cancellation made within the 24 hour period will NOT be charged any fees. A no call/no show will be charged 100% of service fee and you will have to pay the $30 rescheduling fee before booking another appointment. If you violate any of our policies three times you will be NOT be allowed to book with us again. If you violate any of our policies and we attempt to charge the card on file and the payment is declined, we will give you a courtesy call or text to retrieve the payment. If the payment is not received in a timely matter all current and future appointments will be canceled and you will not be allowed to book until payments are made.
