    This business enforces a cancellation policy on ALL services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied. Please note that during booking you will be asked to put a credit card on file. You will not be charged the service fee at this time, this is to secure your appointment and to follow our cancellation and No Call No Show policies. All clients have a 10 minute grace period if you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be considered a NO CALL/NO SHOW, and will be canceled. You will also have to pay 100% of your service fee and a $30 rescheduling fee before being able to rebook. Any cancellations or changes to an appointment MUST be made more than 24 hours before appointment time to avoid any fees. Any cancellations made after the 24 hour period will be charged 65% of the service fee and you will have to pay the $30 rescheduling fee before booking another appointment. Any cancellation made within the 24 hour period will NOT be charged any fees. A no call/no show will be charged 100% of service fee and you will have to pay the $30 rescheduling fee before booking another appointment. If you violate any of our policies three times you will be NOT be allowed to book with us again. If you violate any of our policies and we attempt to charge the card on file and the payment is declined, we will give you a courtesy call or text to retrieve the payment. If the payment is not received in a timely matter all current and future appointments will be canceled and you will not be allowed to book until payments are made. The fees are not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is complete.
