COLOR SERVICE: BEFORE your beautiful transition into the world of color a consultation is required. Please allow a 24 hour gap between the consultation and your actual hair color appointment. During your color consultation an allergy test is perform to ensure that you aren’t allergic to the product. HAIRCUT SERVICE: Client must arrive to appointment with clean hair. There should be no detection of grease, product buildup or dandruff. If any of the listed conditions are present a mandatory shampoo is required at an additional charge of $10. In the situation an infectious scalp/skin condition is detected, the service will be terminated immediately. The client will be charged for any tools and products that will need to be replaced. AFTER HOURS: To make an appointment after hours or on designated days off will result in an additional charge. LATE POLICY: Clients are given a 10 minute grace period. Proper notification is required if you, the client, is running late. If there is no notification and you, the client, arrives more than 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be added to the total service charge for every 15 minutes pass the appointment time. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, the appointment has to be rescheduled and the cancellation fee will be charged.
