My therapist was great. She is good and love what She does. I think management need to arrange gowns and sleepers for comfort. Also the rooms are so d...ull they need a little of spa decor. New pillows are needed as the ones being used are dirty and old. The bathroom used for showering is small and need renovation and be separated from the toilet Show more

Good Day Belinda, Thank you for visiting The Purple Orchid Spa. Please bear in mind there was no toilet or shower when we took over the rental space in the Hyde hotel the only place where we could do it was where it is now and there was very limited space. All our rooms have beautiful floating shelfs with a purple orchid and a mirror. Also please bear in mind you are doing a review on Century City branch and not Sea Point. Hope to see you soon

A lovely warm reception when we arrived. The treatments were wonderful, staff professional, friendy & most helpful in all they do. I personally prefer... natural light & fresh air instead pf curtains drawn with lighting and air conditioning. Thank you for making us feel so great, after our relaxing treatments.
