I had my nails and toenails done. My toenails look lovely and i am very happy with them. Unfortunately my nails dont. I asked for a pink & white ombré.... My nails were fully covered with the white and then the pink was added but there is white visible at the upper part close to my cuticles. The nails are an odd looking shape, very thick, uneven and lumpy. I did not say anything while i was there as her next client was already waiting and i also had to leave. Overall the nail tech was friendly with a lovely personality but she was very distracted and mentioned that she did not feel like working on that day. Her own nails looked lovely , even and perfect , so i was very excited to see the end result of mine and unfortunately mine was not that. I feel that if you are not confident in doing a certain type of art you should rather speak up and encourage your client to choose something else. Show more

Hello Jessica, how are you? I’m very sorry about this experience, can I please offer that she redo your nails for you? So sculpted nails with an ombré on top is a very difficult thing to achieve thin,y apologies. I’m sure if you do a normal overlay they’ll look beautiful because Caitlin is a very good nail technician
