Midrand branch!! As someone who was doing an installation for the first time ever, i didn't know what to expect. I'd like to extend my gratitude to Ra...quel and Charity. Raquel did a wonderful job in installing and cutting the lace. Charity did a wonderful job with styling. My dissatisfaction is with Mamela. The 2 ladies asked her to come help with styling, and she bluntly said NO. It was very distateful to experience such behavior. I will never set foot at the midrand branch again!!! As a businesswoman, I fully understand the concept of treating your clients right, and what i experienced from Mamela left me in shock!!! Show more

Good day, The service was good, even though they struggle for a while to locate my ordered hair. My installation was done by Gugu at the Alberton br...anch, she was great. The only thing I’m disappointed about is the quality of the hair. It has a potent smell, which gos onto my hands as well. It smells like cheap hair, and there’s no flexibility in the hair, when you shake your head. Show more
