Good day, The service was good, even though they struggle for a while to locate my ordered hair. My installation was done by Gugu at the Alberton br...anch, she was great. The only thing I’m disappointed about is the quality of the hair. It has a potent smell, which gos onto my hands as well. It smells like cheap hair, and there’s no flexibility in the hair, when you shake your head. Show more

First and foremost, terrible reception. The lady at the door cares nothing about the brand SarHap is. I booked an appointment for 1:30 and I arrived t...here 20 minutes late and I communicated with her that I’m on my way. Upon getting there, she tells me that they cant do my hair and insists that my appointment was at 1 when it was at 1:30 , also saying if they do my hair they won’t wash neither do cornrows so they’ll just install the hair ???! Make it make sense ! Install hair on dirty hair ? What makes me more upset is the fact that she couldn’t tell me while I was texting her all this information but letting me waste my money coming all the way there for her to tell me the nonsense she did. I’m beyond the word disappointed by the service honestly. SarHap is a huge brand and people like this jeopardise the reputation of it. I don’t even know if I want to try it again . Show more

I have a few concerns to raise. I hate complaining especially because I know the standard that Sarhap is able to provide but this is becoming a norm. ... 1. I booked an appointment for 15h00 at the Sandton Branch with Buhle2 only to arrive and be told that my appointment was not booked even though I received a confirmation email and made an EFT payment. Luckily Buhle was professional enough she came out from the back to assist me. The person receiving clients should be professional and willing to assist even when you show them proof. 2. Products always being out of stock or sharing of products between stylists because there isnt enough. Today was the stoking that was out of stock, stylists having to share glue, hair dryer, hair spray, wax stick etc. Each Stylist to wait for the other to finish in order to use the product tjey require for an installation. Ive seen this happen 3 times. Show more
