I left feeling super disappointed. The quality was terrible—my nails were uneven, the polish was sloppy, and the overall look was not what I expected.... The attention to detail was seriously lacking, and it felt rushed. For the price I paid, I expected way better. Would not recommend unless they seriously step up their game. We checked every step of the way with you from length colour and design and you confirmed several times you where happy. Then messaging the next day asking for a refund. Product and time was used on your nails and we confirmed that you are happy before you left. We offered to fix what was bothering you but no answer. Once again so sorry.
