I highly recommend Zen Wellness Spa and have full confidence in their services. I initially booked a mobile appointment assuming they would come to my... house, but I never confirmed this with them. The morning of my appointment, they called to confirm and I mentioned my desire for a house call, which they were not what they prepared for. Realising my mistake I offered to go to the salon instead, but the team went above and beyond to honor my initial request and came to our house, with the owner even driving them herself. My husband and I booked a couples back, neck, and shoulder massage, as well as an Indian head massage. We both thoroughly enjoyed the treatments and were impressed with the friendly and professional service provided by the therapists, Itumeleng and Karabo. They transformed our humble home into a spa in minutes with their beautiful setup. I want to thank Zen Wellness Spa for their exceptional service and accommodating our request to come to our house.
