Dear Wiehahn Thank you for your review. We are sorry your experience was not what you expected but it is important that our side of the story is heard. We are in the process of moving premises, which we mentioned to you, and that is why our barbershop was not in its usual pristine condition (as can be confirmed by our multiple happy and loyal clients). We cannot agree that our barbershop is dirty, but we can understand that it may have been untidy as we are in the process of moving premises. Regarding your haircut being perceived as overpriced, we put our heart and souls into our haircuts and are of the opinion that our pricing is reasonable and in line with others in cape town with similar experience to us We value your feedback and will take same constructively to ensure that we continue to provide great service to our clients
