I had a lovely experience. The stylists and managers are very professional. Unfortunately, I wish my hair looked better. I loved that Karabo took her ...time with the parting. However, I would have been happy if my natural hair was tucked into the hairpiece which is a different colour. The blocks are also much bigger than what I asked for. I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted, and she didn't quite get it right. I am also disappointed that my mid-part is skew. In general I think the service is great but it is really unfortunate that my hair does not look good. Show more

Mihlali was fantastic, paid attention to detail when parting the hair and braided well so I appreciate that. The braids are beautiful but unfortunatel...y the hairpiece is very soft and on day 2 the braids are already unraveling which means I need to rebrand them myself. I think hot water on the braided area would help secure them more. Overall good service but the prices at the salon are far too high in my opinion & especially too high for the hair to be coming loose. The style won’t last long. Show more
