Unfortunately, the technician you requested upon arrival was fully booked with appointments scheduled far in advance, and we could not accommodate a last-minute change. Additionally, we reached out multiple times about the deposit policy and the outstanding no-show fee for a previous appointment, which remains unresolved. We always strive to provide clear communication and accommodate client requests where possible, but in this case, we were unable to meet your expectations.
