However after my last experience and seeing the state of my nail that just br...oke off completely I will not set foot in the salon again. Very disappointed. Booked a session for 08:15, arrived at no mans door. Tried to knock multiple times but still nobody answered. (salon supposed to op...en at 08:00) Shop next door helped to call the person working there. Only opened the shop at 08:40. Needless to say I cancelled my session. Will never ever go back. Please do not promote Booksy if it is not properly utilised. Show more

Gel tips

My 2nd time making a booking via Booksy and no service. 1st incident made a booking for 7h30. When I got there the shop was closed. Waited until 08h00.......today I had an apppointmet at 12h30; when I got there they somehow mixed me up with someone else and once again could not assist me. This is really not good as I have to work and only can go certain times. That is why I rely on Booksy. My suggestion is dont make a booking and see if they can help you. Show more
