Patrica is always amazing, she’s calm, soft and very kind. She takes her time to explain the state of your hair and how you should treat it. She defin...itely knows what she’s doing and deserves 5 stars. I do however have an issue with booking and getting to the salon and having to wait, I book for a specific time because that’s how my day is planned. Tan needs to hire an extra person to help. I keep coming back but honestly the waiting period is extremely frustrating and eventually I will stop coming if nothing gets done. Show more

The stylist did an amazing job with my curls 😍just had to wait a while because there were only 2 stylists available. The hooded dryer was broken (bee...n broken since my last visit in July), so I left with wet hair because I couldn't wait any longer to get it dried with a normal hairdryer (spend over 3 hours there). Overall, the care that they take with hair and their professionalism is the best I've experienced - would be perfect if they could resolve the minor issues mentioned. Show more

As a first time customer, I must say I was impressed overall with the standard of service from Patricia with calm and kind energy. My hair turned out ...exactly how I imagined, honestly it looks like a wig! But its a sew in.
