However, I want to point out how unfortunate it is that you decided to negatively impact a small business by leaving such an awful review, even though you are aware of the professionalism of our establishment. as you’ve stated- you've booked with us twice before and was really satisfied with the treatments (so much so that you booked again for a 3rd time-right). It is really sad that you chose the one negative experience to leave a review( coz you didn't leave a review when you were happy-right), it really speaks to the kind of person you are at heart.. Considering that we’ve spoken multiple times over the phone, a private review would've been welcomed and way more tasteful from your side. However as stated, your feedback is welcomed and will be looked into, especially since you know how professional and ‘personal’ our establishment is. It’s disappointing that you are only leaving a review after 1 negative experience, even after you were extremely well taken care off on your first appointment . Also, we were about to start with your nails when you decided to leave and we did apologize profusely given that the taxis caused a delay that morning. Moreover, you are very well aware of how professional and accommodating our establishment is given how understanding we were when you cancelled your first appointment last minute. We talked it out and made a plan for you. It’s sad that you chose to abuse this platform even though you know the truth.
