Knocks every other Durban salon out the park. The atmosphere, the people and the service. A million stars! If you want quality hair and absolute pampe...ring, this is the only choice. My mum and I had a wash, cut and set - from the ladies who washed and set our hair to Keeran who did the most with the cuts, we would recommend them to anyone! Wes was busy with other clients yet still made the time to greet everyone else. The way everyone works together, just added to the good energy. Coming back soon.

An absolutely lovely experience. I took my 13yr old daughter for a hair treatment and cut. The team were welcoming and very friendly. Wes was helpful... and engaged with my daughter at every step. He made her feel extremely comfortable .. this being her first experience with him. As her dad I was made to feel included and valued during the session. The atmosphere and energy was great however the experience of the “senior” stylist Kieran was poor. On that specific day the salon looked over booked ...and only one “senior” stylist was attending to most clients. I went in for a cut and color and specifically requested for the butterfly cut with curtain bangs and even a reference picture to be accurate. I requested most of my length to be kept as well as for the ends to be cut straight and slightly tapered on the sides. I was specific in saying I did NOT want a ‘V’ at the ends. What I received was a very choppy and uneven cut with everything I requested NOT to have. With regards to styling I specifically requested a 90’s blow out and stated I did not want a flat iron on my hair. I got passed onto another stylist who once again did everything I requested not to be done. There was absolutely no communication between the stylists about my requests as I was handed over. My hair was roughly dried with the blow dryer and I was then given curls done with a flat iron which were then put into Velcro rollers to cool down. That was the “90’s blow out” I received. My hair was styled with a flat iron instead of actually being styled with a brush and blow dryer. The stylist who attended to my hair colour on the other hand listened and advised me accordingly. I really appreciated that and the colour turned out stunning. 5/5 for the colour and 1/5 for the cut and styling.
