1/2 The massage room is so tiny for two beds and the door is facing the hair salon part so it was uncomfortable when the door is opened, and people ca...n see you lying naked on the bed. The therapists were also not neatly dressed, and they were doing hair as we walked in. The massage was 3/10 because the therapist's pressure was too much, my body is in so much pain. The price is very affordable compared to other Spa's, but the experience and facilities can be improved to meet the basic standard. The place is also very loud with hairdryers and music, which is distracting for a spa. 2/2 I am responding to the response I got from my review. I booked an appointment/availability based on the times offered on the website, I did not know that it was a favor that my appointment was welcome? If there was no therapist available, I would have opted to come on another day. When the door of the massage room gets opened, people sitting in the salon can see me because I could clearly see them. It is very disappointing that the admin responding to my review is defensive and disregarding my experience in public. No apologies or accountability and from a brand perspective, is not good at all. The room was not tidy, being a storeroom and I have pictures to show my experience. I did say the price is affordable, yet my feedback is misinterpreted. Hi Mahadi, Thanks for the feedback. We really went out of our way yesterday to accommodate your couple massage booking on a sunday afternoon when our therapist were supposed to be off but they came to work especially for you. The therapist were dressed in their black uniform which are very neat. The therapist apply the pressure that is requested by the client which is what they always ask before starting a massage. The massage room has more than enough room for two beds as well as a wash hand basin and chair and storage shelves, the room is 30m2 quite spacious. The door of the massage room has been covered for privacy and it is not correct that a person can be seen naked inside because the door would be closed and when a person gets a massage they are not completely naked as they do keep their underwear and are covered with a towel as the therapist massages them. We are running a wellness and beauty salon that offers multiple services that our clients find very convenient and time effective for them. Our massages are very affordable, there are not many places that offer a couple massage for R450 total which is a bargain.

I’m very happy with the Tribal hair style that I did. Ofelia is super amazing, she’s professional and gentle with my hair, she didn’t pull my hair and... I didn’t get any headache. Thank you so much, I also enjoyed the free sparkling water and tea and wifi that I was offered, it just made my visit more memorable. I even ended up doing a manicure as well because I found it convenient and it saved my time from going to another place. Well done Sozo Wellness and Beauty and keep up the great work! The salon looks freshly renovated and the gold and turquoise finishes are beautiful. The relaxing music just soothes my soul.
