My mother and her friend came in for a full body massage and they really enjoyed it. Said it was very nice and relaxing and will definitely return. Pl...ease work on better ventilation in the rooms and also maybe something to help with the paint smell. and perhaps keeping bottle water for clients to purchase or built into their massage prices as they were quite thirsty after their massage. I recently booked a self care Saturday package. My experience was very unpleasant. Firstly I did not receive my complimentary drink that was part of m...y package. The room that I had my massage in smelt really bad as well as the towels that were given to me, they were wet and had a very unpleasant smell, there were stains everywhere on the walls. I am highly disappointed that I did not receive the quality of service that I paid for. It is my second time with you guys that is why I am upset because it was nothing compared to the quality services that I had initially received. Show more
