Extremely disappointed! Firstly the advertising was misleading making one believe it’s a day spa in the hotel!!!! It was the furthest thing from a day... spa! It was a room in a hair salon! Massage was ok nothing great they did not really know what they were doing! Show more

The ambience is not fantastic, the massages are mediocre, seems like the ladies are all trainees, was a very average massage also no cocktail or prop...er juice as it was mentioned on the vouchers. Coffee was terrible. Will not use this for place again. Show more

Was not impressed at all . First of all I was told juice or cocktail and there was no cocktail and opted for juice and it was this diluted juice that ...leaves an after taste. They don’t start treatment on time but definitely finish on time. It would be nice to have shower and steam rooms and I don’t even know what products were used on me . Show more

The spa was inside of a hair salon and instead of the normal pleasurable spa smells you smelled hair and other chemicals. The treatment room was small... and you have to dress and undress in the treatment room (so I’m not sure why they even have robes hanging in the treatment room since you don’t use them). The towel that was put on my naked body was slightly damp and definitely kept me from getting warm. Not to mention the towel was not soft. The therapists also put a blanket on top of the towel but it didn’t do much or keep me warm during the treatment. The treatment started with a foot massage where the bucket of water was put on the massage bed and they laid a plastic underneath me, which was uncomfortable and noisy (again adding to lack of warmth). After my feet were washed, the therapist started the lacklustre massage, which was more like a rub down than a massage. Although it was supposed to be a full body massage they neglected my legs. The massage bed itself was not very comfortable- the space for putting your face while lying face down was not cushioned well. The facial was ok, but the therapist kept neglecting to wipe the soap properly from my eyes (my partner still got soap in his eye while we were driving home). Once they started the facial they turned the bright lights on which were blinding and took away from the relaxing atmosphere. Lastly, the therapists kept walking in and out during the session which let the noisy music from the salon into the therapy room and took away from the experience. For R799 for two people, you get what you pay for I guess. But I definitely would never go back. Show more

Madelaine was lovely and polite. The massage was gentle as requested. The foot massage was not the best in terms of positioning. How it was done was... not that appealing. I would've preferred the treatment whilst seated and not lying down half naked. All the promised treatments were done! The spa needs a bit of a revamp from the normal age wear and tear. I did not get offered a welcome drink though, just water when treatment was completed. Show more

My first good impression was when the receptionist pronounced my name correctly:), which a lot of people mispronounce. It was my friend's first time ...at a spa for a massage and he was very happy with the service. Highly professional team and the atmosphere was great. The massage was absolute heaven and the facial was good, my face is glowing. However, the foot soak and scrub was not that great. The spa needs a litt...le revamp to be more inviting or modern but other than that, great service and would visit again! Show more
