Quick in and out with the most perfect haircut, I literally knew it would work while my hair was still wet. Blowdry is effortless, no need for a flati...ron. Staff is extremely friendly and give great advice (they didn't even try and sell any products like so many salons do). The whole experience was very relaxing, the woman who cut my hair knew exactly what would work and could give a few suggestions. She is very confident in her work and it shows. Honestly the best hairsalon experience I've had in a while. Show more

Application was done satisfyingly. But my appointment were for 07h30, owner came late than I'd have to wait for a whole 30min because she was doing a ...client's hair. Eventually it was time for my wax application, the lady did not even apologize for being late nd for me to have to wait. Punctuation is key. If you know you won't be able to met client's appointments rather do walk-ins or get somebody to help you. You can't do everything by yourself, you'll disappoint some of your new client's and burn yourself out. Show more

I ws utterly disappointed and appalled due to the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown towards me. I arrived for my nail and eye Brow appointmen...t just to be told flatly that i cant be helped due to s crisis . I had a big function that night and made an appointment on the app in advance. This left me panicking and anxious. Professional behavior would've been to inform me in advance. Or offer an alternative. Or at the very very least appologise and try to remedy the experience I've had with ur business. But till this moment.. Silence Shows just how much paying clients are valued. Shocking?? Added are some pictures of how my nails ended up looking through out my grand night. This is what happend when i had to find someone last minute. When i ws sent away from ur businesses by ur receptionist to someone up the road So my rating is actually NO stars. Minus 10. Show more

We didn't even do your nails and our nail technicians drop us that day so we very sorry for your disappointment. And we prefer that you don't visit the salon anymore if you had such bad comments about the salon and you didn't even do a service at the salon .
