I was so disappointed…I made this booking almost a week ago and when I got there this morning the place was closed! I called the number and it went st...raight to voice mail. I got an email telling me my appointment was booked. I have never had issues before with Booksy with any of my appointments, so I know the issue is with this hair salon. I needed this appointment, due to having to attend a wedding tomorrow. I am heavily disappointed in this service and I will never go back

The salon was closed if you had our WhatsApp number. We sended a message on our WhatsApp that we are closed on Christmas and boxing day! Most of the salons are closed on Christmas and boxing day.
