However, the ski...ll in nail art is definitely different to what I expected. I left paying full price, but my heart is sore about the result. The customer were asked rereatedly whether she was happy and she repeatedly said “it is so beautiful, perfect”. The impression was that she was satisfied. That being said, a discounted (half) price on the art were charged. She was offered alternative art when the complaint were received.
