The ...6 wig lines that were complimentary also are no longer available yet I’ve looked to see where this was communicated and I don’t see any communication. The service was good but I was charged a different amount and nobody explained to me that they had added on an extra service that cost me an extra R20...0. I just got to the till and was told that I was given an undo service (confusing because I went with hair undone). Nobody explained what this meant so I was not pleased about that. Show more

Very disappointed. I didn’t get to do my treatment because Nubian Crown didn’t make sure they had all the ingredients for the detox, they didn’t make ...sure to buy them despite my appointment being at midday and then didn’t call to at least ensure that I didn’t waste my time & money going to the salon. They have not responded to me complaint nor apologised 5 days later. Show more

It was such a terrible experience. I wasn’t feeling well and called ahead of time to reschedule my appointment. I called the number and was told to se...nd my request via WhatsApp because the person in charge “was driving”. Why have this as the number for customers to contact if that person can’t respond to bookings because they’re mobile?! Beats the whole purpose. I sent the request via WhatsApp and didn’t receive response after 45+ mins. I then tried calling back twice and didn’t have anyone pick up. When I tried to call via WhatsApp, it was initially ringing but soon after the data was switched off and my message only had one tick. I then went given I knew I’d be liable if I didn’t attend appointment I booked (I paid a deposit). When I went in, I got a sorry from receptionist and she took a picture of the correspondence but I didn’t get any voucher or free treatment for the inconvenience. The lady who I communicated with still hasn’t even bothered to respond. I understand that my request could possibly not have been a accommodated but why say message me and I’ll get back when you won’t? Why not pick up the call when I just signalled I just want confirmation on whether my requests could be accommodated?! Why turn off data when I try to WhatsApp call? That’s just ridiculous. The braids do not look good at all. They’re bulky and were immediately unravelling. There was also no effort made in trying to neaten any edges.

I don’t usually review when I don’t have anything nice to say but I felt Thando was very short with me yesterday. I have a very sensitive scalp and he...r being the one who installed my microlocks and the one who has helped out in a few of the retis I’ve done, I felt she had zero patience with me yesterday. She was evidently so annoyed that I was left there to say “thank you” to no one coz she left me to show myself out. Not once have I gone to bed feeling painfully tight from my appointments except for yesterday. 🥴 Is there a reason I can’t find Gee on the list of preferred people when I book. I think she’s amazing with how patient she is, she also doesn’t pull when she crochets. It would be nice to find her at my next reti appointment. Show more
