Microlocs Extensions Post Installation OWN FIBER

I went to install the microloc extensions I bought from Heir crowned onto my already existing small microlocs. I was looking to get a bit of length fr...om this service, which I gladly did. BUT the pieces of hair added onto quite a few of my actual locs were seemingly much bigger/thicker than the actual loc itself, which isn't good because overtime if a lot of hair from extensions is added onto a small loc that could lead to hair thinning and eventually traction alopecia, due to the weight. I am aware that deciding to add microloc hair extensions means accepting that additonal weight will be added to the head anyway, but I think I ended up with way more than what was necessary for my type of hair. The hair looks great, and the team worked hard. But knowing that I sort of have low density hair and ending up with much thicker microloc extensions added onto it is a bit concerning. Show more

After hearing positive reviews, I decided to give the salon a try. The first experience was great, but my second visit left me dissatisfied. I express...ed my concerns, and the management handled it well, providing a voucher for my next appointment. Unfortunately, my third visit with the loctitian named Gee resulted in significant damage to my locs. The locs in middle and lower part of my head were broken off, the twist-out section is gone, leaving my locs much shorter than the rest. I discovered broken and shortened locs during my evening routine that day. That was 💔💔💔 While I will not be going back to the salon, I believe it’s crucial for the salon management to ensure their staff provides quality care to maintain customer TRUST and satisfaction.
