I drove to the location on Booksey and it was wrong, the place was 27 minutes further drive, I showed the lady that the location in Booksey and where ...we were was 32 minutes apart, she said she would show someone and apologised. I spent 3.5 hours doing my nails, which wasn't still 100% what I asked for, all I wanted was a fill, but the lady did a removal and reapply of the exact same thing (which is not what I booked or wanted)... The nails were nice but the incorrect location, extra driving and time spent on nails was the down fall. Show more
