Mika is unprofessional n very rude literally she doesn’t knows to treat her clients after hving my appointment with her in Booksy she said her agend...a doesn’t has it but she didn’t had courtesy to get n take an appointment for next day infact she was ignoring her own clients becoz she had some tourist whom she must be charging more the. Her regular clients but sorry wold not recommend any one to her bad service n no respect Show more

Hello Bharti Mayani ! If you do an appointment on the app but you don’t save it at the end then it will not show up. The day you came in the salon , same as many times before you expect to be attended right in the moment and we always do our best to attend you but this day was extremely busy and we could not !we attend everybody who have an appointment first , it does not matter if is resident or not ! as well we charge the same price for everybody ! turist or residents , that is why we have a huge price list on the salon and also on internet . I caindly asked you to book another day and you didn’t want to . You was customer for many years, we always tried to satisfy your wish but this time was not posible, sorry ! please understand we are humans. Thank you
