I thought the salon and the staff were lovely, but I am not happy with the outcome. My hair colour was stripped out by a 60€ treatment that was supp...osed to add shine and condition. I’m my blowwave did not last more than hour before becoming frizzy and tangled. (It was a humid day) but that does not normally happen when I have a professional blow wave. I have just booked a colour appointment w/ my regular hairdresser in Benalmadena to have my hair completely recoloured. Again, the staff were lovely but I got the impression that the owner was forcing overpricing and upselling. Not angry, just very upset.

Regarding the blow-dry, weather conditions—especially high humidity—can significantly affect the longevity of any hairstyle, particularly depending on the hair type, although we always strive to achieve the best possible result. We would also like to clarify that the salon owner was not present during your appointment and therefore could not have encouraged or attempted to sell you any additional treatments. Our team provides personalised recommendations based solely on each client’s individual hair needs, and every service is entirely optional. The final decision always rests with the client, and no one is ever pressured into purchasing extra services. We are sorry that this was your impression, and we would have appreciated the opportunity to discuss your concerns directly and find a satisfactory solution.
